Sebastian Pennar  – Double Bass

Professor of Double Bass, Guildhall School of Music and Drama and Co-Principal of the London Philharmonic Orchestra

Co-Principal Bass of the LPO and Professor of Bass at London’s Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Sebastian has also worked as guest principal with many orchestras including the Philharmonia Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Welsh National Opera, English National Opera, Academy of St Martin in the Fields, Ulster Orchestra and the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland.

Sebastian enjoys playing chamber music and has performed with London Concertante and Sinfonia Cymru, and has also performed as a soloist with London Concertante and the London Philharmonic Orchestra.
